Aurora Salmon Tasting and Sales Event Held
On August 16, we held an Aurora Salmon tasting and sales event at Oozeki Ikejiri Store, part of a supermarket chain operating in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba Prefectures. The event featured Mr. Fredrik Hald, Head of Product Development at Lerøy Seafood Group and recipient of Norway’s Chef of the Year award.
Mr. Hald demonstrated dishes using Aurora Salmon in front of customers, who enjoyed tasting the samples. Many commented, “It’s delicious” and “I want to try making this at home,” and purchased Aurora Salmon on the spot.
On the following day, August 17, Mr. Hald also participated in a staff training session at Oozeki. During the training, employees deepened their understanding of Aurora Salmon by learning about its background and tasting dishes prepared by Mr. Hald himself.
We will continue working closely with our partners to bring joy to customers who enjoy Aurora Salmon.
