Sponsored FEGASQUE, a Community Contribution Event in Chile, for the Third Consecutive Year
From October 6 to 12, the event “FEGASQUE,” hosted by our business partner Deep Sea Food (DSF), was held in Quellón, Chile. We were honored to participate once again as a sponsoring company.
Initiated in 2017 by DSF’s President Guillermo, this event marks its ninth year. It is a community-based initiative aimed at expressing gratitude to workers and their families in local seafood processing plants, and supporting young students studying at culinary schools.
President Guillermo’s desire to support aspiring youth in the food industry stems from his own challenging experiences growing up in poverty. Sharing his vision, we have proudly sponsored this meaningful event for three consecutive years.
During the event, renowned chefs from around the world conducted special classes at culinary schools, providing students with a rare opportunity to learn top-tier techniques.
With support from various embassies in Chile who resonated with President Guillermo’s mission, this year’s event was more vibrant than ever.
We remain committed to fostering strong relationships with suppliers worldwide and actively contributing to the development of local communities.
