Participated as a Guest Speaker in the “Special Lecture: Asian Business Studies” at Shujitsu University
On February 9, we participated as a guest speaker in the “Special Lecture: Asian Business Studies,” held at Shujitsu University (Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture) and organized by Kyoto Job Park.
The lecture was delivered to students of the Faculty of Economics, where we introduced the nature of our company’s work in overseas trade and the characteristics of business development abroad, particularly in Asian countries. We also discussed our approach to employing foreign workers in Japan amid the ongoing decline in the domestic labor force, as well as the challenges involved.
During the Q&A session following the lecture, we received a wide range of thoughtful questions, making it a highly meaningful opportunity that highlighted the students’ keen interest.
We will continue contributing to the learning of the next generation by strengthening our collaboration with educational institutions.
