Credit Management Workshop for New Employees Held
On April 17, we held a Credit Management Workshop for new employees, inviting a lecturer from Teikoku Databank, Ltd.
The workshop began with an overview of the current economic environment surrounding companies, followed by an explanation of the fundamentals of credit management and its importance in corporate activities.
Participants also learned about the structure of financial statements, how to interpret key figures, and basic financial analysis methods, enabling them to acquire practical knowledge for assessing corporate creditworthiness.
Feedback from the new employees included comments such as, “I learned concrete ways to utilize financial data,” and “I realized the importance of having the right perspective to assess the risks of business partners,” indicating a heightened awareness of credit management.
Going forward, we will continue to focus on human resource development in order to deepen our understanding of “credit,” the foundation of corporate activities, and to promote sound and sustainable business transactions.
