We Welcomed a Company Visit from Kyoto Prefectural Seimei High School
We welcomed 12 students from Kyoto Prefectural Seimei High School to our company.
This visit was conducted as part of the school’s inquiry-based learning program and aimed to help students develop their perspectives on future careers by learning about our company and interacting with our employees.
Through these activities, the students were encouraged to think about questions such as, “What kind of adult do I want to become?” and “What kind of company would I like to work for?”
On the day of the visit, the students participated in a group workshop under the theme, “How would you sell this salmon, and to whom?”
Working in teams, they discussed target customers, sales methods, and promotional strategies for salmon products.
Through these discussions, they gained a deeper understanding of the perspectives and approaches needed to bring products successfully to market.
Our employees also took part in the workshop, exchanging ideas with the students and providing feedback on their proposals.
Throughout the program, the students demonstrated a sincere and enthusiastic attitude, actively engaging in discussions and listening attentively to the advice offered by our staff.
We will continue to support the learning and growth of the next generation through initiatives such as these.
