Aurora Salmon Parent-Child Cooking Class and Employee Training Seminar Conducted at Ozeki Corporation
We recently held an “Aurora Salmon Parent-Child Cooking Class” for employees of Ozeki Corporation and their families, as well as an internal training seminar on Aurora Salmon.
The cooking class was attended by Ozeki employees and their family members. As the instructor, we welcomed Mr. Fredrik Hald from Lerøy Seafood Group of Norway, who guided participants through hands-on cooking activities using Aurora Salmon.
The program began with an introduction to Norway’s natural environment and the unique characteristics of Aurora Salmon, followed by a cooking demonstration by Mr. Hald.
Participants then prepared dishes together as parents and children, enjoying the experience of cooking with Aurora Salmon firsthand.
The event provided participants with an opportunity to discover the exceptional taste and appeal of Aurora Salmon while spending enjoyable time together with their families.
The following day, an internal training seminar on Aurora Salmon was conducted for Ozeki employees.
During the seminar, participants learned about Aurora Salmon’s outstanding quality, the company’s commitment to maintaining freshness, and key merchandising techniques that highlight the product’s distinctive features.
In addition to classroom-based learning, Mr. Hald provided practical instruction on Aurora Salmon preparation methods.
Participants also had the opportunity to sample dishes prepared during the session, allowing them to experience the product’s appeal through taste as well as knowledge.
The seminar helped deepen participants’ understanding of Aurora Salmon and provided valuable insights that can be applied to customer service and in-store merchandising.
We will continue working closely with our business partners to promote the great taste and unique appeal of Aurora Salmon to a wider audience.
